History repeats itself...
Tonight before dinner I took Elijah & Davin to the river to do a little fishing - just for fun. They had a blast holding the rod and reeling the line in.

That brings back memories. When the boys were the same age as your two, I took them fishing at the locks of the Lachine canal at Ste. Anne de Bellevue (where my mother grew up). They actually caught little sunfish.
We also fished off a wharf in PEI where the catch was substantially more satisfying.
